The Malossi I-TECH 4-stroke complete cylinder Ø 61 in aluminum is a high-quality product that offers numerous advantages. Made with a primary alloy of silicon-hardened aluminum, it features a barrel with a silicon carbide coating in a galvanic nickel matrix and a cross-grinding with two diamond passes, ensuring high strength and precision. Processing on CNC machines ensures superior quality, with cylinder-piston couplings selected with a tolerance of only 0.05 mm. The heat exchange surfaces have been recalculated and increased, ensuring optimal efficiency.

The Force Master control unit is an innovative unit that allows for injection variation to perfectly adapt to the Malossi 4-stroke thermal group. Programmed with different mappings, it can be perfectly matched to your vehicle, regardless of its configuration. Carburetion adjustment allows for a variation of ± 6% at min/medium/max, while the rev limiter offers an increase of 1000 RPM.

The piston is super compact with three segments, made with a special primary alloy of low thermal expansion silicon aluminum and tin-plated on the sliding walls. Processing on CNC machines ensures excellent quality, with lightening and reinforcements for greater performance. The heat exchange surfaces have been increased for effective heat dissipation.

Finally, the segments are special with high sliding and high mechanical resistance. The first compression segment is made of nitrided and chromed steel, while the second segment is made of special cast iron. The oil scraper is made up of three pieces of special alloyed and chromed steel.
