The Malossi I-TECH 4-stroke complete cylinder Ø 61 in aluminum is a high-quality product that offers numerous advantages. Made with a primary alloy of silicon-hardened aluminum, it features a barrel with silicon carbide coating in a galvanic nickel matrix and cross-grinding with two diamond passes, ensuring high strength and precision. The processing on CNC machines ensures extreme precision, with cylinder-piston couplings selected with a tolerance of only 0.05 mm. The heat exchange surfaces have been recalculated and increased, guaranteeing optimal efficiency.

The Force Master ECU is an innovative ECU that allows for injection variation to perfectly adapt to the Malossi 4-stroke thermal group. Programmed with different mappings, it can be perfectly matched to your vehicle, regardless of its configuration. The carburetion adjustment allows for a variation of ± 6% at min/medium/max, while the rev limiter offers a 1000 RPM increase. Thanks to the 4 different available mappings, you can customize the driving experience according to your preferences.

The piston is super compact with three segments, made with a special primary alloy of low thermal expansion silicon aluminum with tin coating on the sliding walls. The processing on CNC machines ensures extreme precision, while the piston's lightening and reinforcement improve its performance. The increased heat exchange surfaces ensure optimal thermal efficiency.

Finally, the segments are special high-sliding and high mechanical resistance segments. The first compression segment is made of nitrided and chromed steel, while the second segment is made of special cast iron. The three-piece oil scraper is made of special alloyed and chromed steel. These segments guarantee perfect sealing and lasting resistance.
