The Malossi MHR FLANGED MOUNT TESTA ROSSA Ø 47.6 cylinder kit is a high-quality product specifically designed for liquid-cooled scooters.

This cylinder offers maximum performance and a unique flanged design. It features 7 transfer ports and an exhaust bridge, with a 1-ring piston and a detachable head. To install it correctly, it is necessary to use the Malossi C-ONE crankcase and a crankshaft with a different connecting rod than the original one.

The Flanged Mount cylinder kit represents Malossi's most advanced production and is specifically designed for the Malossi C-ONE and RC-ONE crankcases. This cylinder is designed for high-level racing use and offers the latest evolution of Malossi's 7-transfer technology. A distinctive feature of this cylinder is the use of two opposing exhaust ports, which provide support to the rear main transfers. In addition, the through-studs have been reduced in length and external, eliminating interference.

Thanks to the flanged design, the cylinder provides additional space that allows for a wider redesign of the ports and perfect integration with the Malossi crankcases. The exhaust features an exceptionally thin bridge with an elliptical-shaped split port, which reduces stress on the piston ring. The exhaust manifold is machined from solid and follows the lines of the cylinder.

The cylinder head is detachable and offers an advanced internal profile that ensures more torque at all RPMs. The head cover is made of forged aluminum, anodized red, and precision-machined.

To properly install the Testa Rossa Flanged Mount cylinder kit, it is necessary to use the Malossi C-ONE or RC-ONE crankcases and a crankshaft with a different connecting rod length than the original one. To fully exploit the potential of this cylinder kit, it is advisable to select the racing components produced by Malossi.
