This cylinder, called the BIG BORE Testa Rossa, was developed using the seven-port technology, which gave birth to the revolutionary Flanged Mount.
These BIG BORE Testa Rossa cylinders represent the latest success achieved thanks to Malossi's commitment and dedicated study of engines for original Piaggio and Yamaha crankcases.
With an unprecedented displacement of 70 and 94 cc, these cylinders offer exceptional performance to the BIG BORE family.
Aesthetically, the BIG BORE Testa Rossa cylinders are almost indistinguishable from their flanged counterparts and feature a through-stud pattern compatible with original engines.
Internally, the BIG BORE Testa Rossa cylinders maintain the same seven-port configuration and dual exhaust port of the Flanged Mount, with the only difference being the dimensions and development of the exhaust influenced by the internal passage of the studs.
The head is detachable and features new internal profiles that increase torque and engine responsiveness, making it more lively and progressive.
The head cover is made of forged aluminum, anodized red, and precisely machined using CNC machines.
