The Malossi Ø 56 aluminum cylinder is a high-quality product designed for 4-stroke Pit bikes (LIFAN 1P55FMJ) 140cc. Made with a primary alloy of silicon-hardened aluminum, this cylinder features a silicon carbide coating in a galvanic nickel matrix and a cross-grinding with two diamond passes, ensuring very tight tolerances. The machining is carried out on high-precision CNC machines, ensuring a cylinder-piston coupling with a selection of only 0.05 mm. The heat exchange surfaces have been recalculated and increased to ensure optimal efficiency.
The piston is super compact and composed of three segments. Made with a special primary alloy of low thermal expansion silicon aluminum, it has a tin coating on the sliding walls. The piston is also machined on CNC machines, ensuring a lightweight and reinforced structure. The heat exchange surfaces have been increased to improve heat dissipation.
The piston segments are special and have high sliding and very high mechanical resistance. The first compression segment is made of nitrided and chromed steel, while the second segment is made of special cast iron. The oil scraper is made up of three pieces of special alloyed and chromed steel.
