The cylinder barrel is coated with silicon carbides in a galvanic nickel matrix and cross-honed with two diamond passes, ensuring a smooth and durable surface.

The machining is carried out on high-precision CNC machines, ensuring a very tight tolerance.

The cylinder-piston couplings are selected with a precision of 0.05 mm.

The heat exchange surfaces have been recalculated and enlarged, ensuring better heat dissipation.

The piston is super compact and composed of three segments.

Made with a special primary alloy of low thermal expansion silicon aluminum, the piston is reinforced and lightened to ensure optimal performance.
