The Malossi Ø 55 cast iron cylinder kit is a high-quality product designed to improve the performance of your vehicle. Made with special self-lubricating cast iron alloys, this cylinder offers a high degree of anti-wear refinement. Its production is carried out through a gravity casting process with Shell Moulding forming, ensuring high precision.

The heat exchange surfaces of the cylinder have been recalculated and enlarged, while the exhaust and transfer ports have been designed to achieve maximum thermodynamic efficiency. Each processing phase takes place on high-precision CNC machines, ensuring superior quality.

The piston, made with a special alloy of high silicon content aluminum and low thermal expansion, is lightened and reinforced to guarantee greater efficiency. The heat exchange surfaces of the piston are also enlarged, contributing to the overall performance improvement of the cylinder kit.

The high-strength spheroidal cast iron segments ensure long-lasting durability and optimal sealing. The head, made of a special die-cast aluminum alloy, features recalculated and enlarged heat exchange surface geometry. Its processing takes place on super precise CNC machines with diamond tools, guaranteeing impeccable quality.

The Malossi Ø 55 cylinder kit head is equipped with an antioxidant surface treatment for increased wear resistance. Compression sealing is ensured by a Viton gasket, while the hemispherical combustion chamber with squish and center spark plug ensures optimal combustion.
