The Malossi HTQ secondary gears are a high-quality product designed to enhance the performance of your transmission. With a tooth ratio of 15/55 and a forced fitting of Ø 17, these gears provide an optimized riding experience.
Made from special straight-tooth steel, these gears completely eliminate axial thrust, thereby reducing stress on the bearings. Thanks to their precision machining, they are carburized, hardened, and ground to ensure long-lasting durability and quiet operation.
It is important to note that Piaggio made changes to the fitting of secondary transmission gears starting in 1998. However, the exact start dates for assembly and the engine numbers to reference are not provided precisely. Therefore, it is advisable to visually check the gears after disassembly.
