The Malossi HTQ secondary gears are a high-quality product designed to improve the performance of your transmission. With a gear ratio of 15/55 and a forced fitting of Ø 17, these gears offer an optimized driving experience.
Made of special straight-tooth steel, these gears completely eliminate axial thrust, reducing stress on the bearings. Thanks to their precision machining, they are cemented, hardened, and ground to ensure long-lasting and quiet operation.
It is important to note that Piaggio made changes to the fitting of secondary transmission gears starting in 1998. However, the exact start dates of installation and the engine numbers to refer to are not provided accurately. Therefore, it is advisable to visually check the gears after disassembly.
