Special Price €338.70 Regular Price €423.35Malossi presents a new product, the secondary gears with increased section and shock absorbers, Z 13/48 teeth.
This product has been created to solve the problem of breaking the original components of the final reducer of scooters used in high-level scooter cross competitions.
Thanks to the innovative wheel shaft with shock absorption system, developed by Malossi technicians, all the stresses transmitted from the wheel to the engine are filtered.
The Malossi shock absorber, equipped with high-strength and deformable elastic elements, absorbs the shock energy transmitted by the wheel and gradually returns it, thus protecting all the components of the automatic gearbox final reduction system from excessive stresses.
The shock absorber system components are made with high-quality materials, such as aeronautical steels and plastics with high energy absorption.
In addition, the Malossi shock absorber improves the gear even on the road, reducing the transmission of vibrations to the engine crankcase and ensuring exceptional driving smoothness even on uneven city roads.
This allows preserving the scooter transmission components from the stresses of the road surface, ensuring an almost unlimited lifespan of the final reducer gears.
The technical characteristics of this product include a wheel shaft made of special steel subjected to 5 heat treatments, a gear wheel made of special cementation steel worked on CNC machines, and high-strength elastomers with energy absorption.
The secondary shaft is made of special cementation steel worked on CNC machines and the teeth are designed and made to guarantee maximum fatigue resistance, with high-quality surface finishes.
COMPATIBILITY NOTES
