Malossi TWINS rear shock absorbers pair 345 mm distance between centers

The Malossi TWINS rear shock absorbers are designed to provide a comfortable and safe driving experience. With a center distance of 345 mm, these shock absorbers are suitable for road use.

Their construction is based on an oleopneumatic system, which ensures perfect stability and a quick response to stress. The shock absorber rod is made of hardened C43 steel with a diameter of 12 mm, guaranteeing optimal strength and durability.

The piston, made of steel and sintered bronze, ensures effective heat dissipation and reduced wear. The new lamellar system made of Swedish steel further improves the performance of the shock absorber.

The piston guide shoe is made with the LUBRIFLON-PTFE B70 compound, which has been specially modified with the addition of bronze to increase its strength. It slides on a GUIDE DU bushing, a mixture of spheroidal bronze and mild steel properly pressed and impregnated with a mixture of PTFE+FB.

The scraper ring made of SEALTHANE polyester resin grade 9345 ensures optimal sealing and long-lasting durability. The preload adjustment of the spring can be done through a ring with 4 positions, allowing you to customize the shock absorber according to your driving preferences.

Finally, the special low-viscosity oil used in these shock absorbers is practically unaffected by temperature variations, ensuring consistent performance in any weather conditions.
