The new Malossi primary transmission for the Vespa small frame is a high-quality product designed to ensure maximum efficiency and performance on the road.

The clutch bell made of special steel, with six slots for the clutch discs, minimizes mechanical play, vibrations, and wear.
In addition, the transmission is completely disassemblable to access the kickstarter and change the springs, allowing customization of the response according to different applications.
The attention to detail is also evident in the new coupling screws between the bell and the gear, specifically designed for this mechanism.
The Malossi primary transmission is available in two different gear ratios to adapt to different needs: one for smoother modifications, with a pinion/crown ratio of 24/72 teeth, and another for more powerful engines, with a pinion/crown ratio of 27/69 teeth.
In addition, it is possible to combine additional pinions to achieve the desired ratio with greater precision.
The straight-tooth gears, made of high-quality and hardened steel, guarantee surface resistance to contact wear and long-lasting durability.
