The Malossi DOUBLE RED SPONGE dual-layer filter element is perfect for improving the performance of your motorcycle's original filter. This filter element is composed of two layers, each of which performs a specific function to ensure optimal filtration.
The first layer has a medium micro porosity that retains larger impurities such as dust and debris. This ensures that your motorcycle's engine remains clean and protected from harmful particles.
The second layer, on the other hand, has a very fine micro porosity that retains microscopic dust, which can be particularly damaging to the engine. This layer ensures that even the smallest particles are trapped, guaranteeing complete filtration.
The filter elements are made of self-extinguishing polyurethane foam, which offers increased safety in case of fire. This foam is formed by two layers bonded together with a special process that does not alter the filtration's technical characteristics.
