The Malossi DOUBLE RED SPONGE dual-layer filter element is perfect for improving the performance of your motorcycle's original filter. This filter element is composed of two layers, each of which performs a specific function to ensure optimal filtration.

The first layer has a medium micro porosity that retains coarser impurities such as dust and debris. This ensures that your motorcycle's engine remains clean and protected from harmful particles.

The second layer, on the other hand, has a very fine micro porosity that retains microscopic dust, which can be particularly damaging to the engine. This layer ensures that even the smallest particles are retained, guaranteeing complete filtration.

The filter elements are made of self-extinguishing polyurethane sponge, which offers greater safety in case of fire. This sponge is formed by two layers hot-bonded together using a special process that does not alter the filtration's technical characteristics.

The first layer, in red color, is made of open-cell polyurethane foam with a porosity of 45 pp. This layer retains coarser impurities, ensuring effective filtration.

The second layer, in black color, is made of open-cell polyurethane foam with a porosity of 60 pp. This layer retains microscopic dust, ensuring even more precise filtration.
