The Scooter Racing Malossi exhausts have been designed with the aim of offering maximum performance in combination with the cylinders for which they have been created. Each evolutionary step of the Malossi exhausts is the result of fluid dynamics studies that have precisely determined the ideal shapes and dimensions. Only perfect and uniformly produced exhausts can boast the Malossi brand.
The production technology is common to all Scooter Racing exhausts, with the only differences found in the fractionation of the cones. The exhausts are made of sheets of 0.8 mm thick metal, laser cut, precision welded, and equipped with a calibrating nozzle that ensures the correct pressure inside the exhaust.
The development of Scooter Racing exhausts goes hand in hand with that of Malossi cylinders, and to achieve maximum performance, it is essential to always match the exhaust to the cylinder for which it has been designed. Scooter Racing exhausts are equipped with an anodized Nitro blue aluminum silencer.
The new HR Team 3 and MHR Big Bore Ø 52 exhausts are intended for the Testa Rossa Flanged Mount cylinders of 70 and 94 cc and are characterized by an upward-facing cone profile, giving them an even more dynamic appearance. Malossi engineers have achieved a significant increase in power and have focused on rounding the usage arc to expand its range and achieve faster tuning. The engine's allowed RPM range has increased, reaching maximum power values around 14,100 RPM for the 70 cc and 13,800 RPM for the 94 cc.
The cylinder attachment system features a four-hole lightweight alloy connector, designed to optimize the fluid dynamics of the combustion gases. This solution is directly derived from the MHR Team 2 exhausts and is completely new for the Big Bore Ø 52 version. The connection system of the anodized Nitro blue aluminum silencer has also been simplified, now connected to the expansion of the exhaust with an elegant and lightweight system with a single fixing screw.
