Malossi MOPED RACING MHR exhaust

The Malossi Moped Racing exhaust is an essential component for vehicle tuning, specifically designed to increase engine power at medium and high speeds. It can be installed on all Ciao, Bravo, Si, Grillo mopeds and is compatible with all currently available Racing aluminum cylinder kits.

This exhaust was created for extreme tuning and features a low-loss path that emphasizes the sporty nature of each vehicle. Its generous dimensions immediately reveal its potential. Impressive results obtained on the test bench show a remarkable increase in torque and improved maximum power compared to any other moped exhaust.

The exhaust is made of special 0.8mm thick steel sheet, obtained through T.I.G. and M.I.G. robotic welding and manually riveted oxyacetylene welding. It is coated with a transparent finish. The silencer is specifically designed for Malossi Moped cylinder kits and features a flange with ears for attaching support springs, eliminating the need to drill the cylinder fins. The silencer's profile is achieved through high-precision laser cutting, and the connection with the exhaust port is made with high-precision CNC machines for optimal coupling.

The nozzle has a calibrated passage section to achieve maximum available back pressure. The silencer is made of anodized Nitro blue aluminum with a recessed end pipe for an attractive design. The connection to the exhaust is made through silent blocks and spacers (when necessary) directly fixed to the frame, ensuring extreme stability and solidity. As this is an extreme system, some minimal modifications to the frame are required, such as drilling for silent block attachment. It is not possible to mount the crankcase cover. Please note that the original pedals and chain gear wheel need to be removed.
