The Malossi VESPA RACING MHR exhaust is an essential component for vehicle tuning, designed specifically to increase engine power at medium and high speeds.
Thanks to the expertise of our technicians and our experience in exhaust production, we have created this masterpiece.
The new MHR exhaust for Vespa ET3, specifically designed for our MHR thermal group, allows you to achieve maximum power at the same rotational speed, positioning itself among the most high-performing exhausts on the market.
The great advantage of this exhaust system is that it can be installed without cutting the body and while keeping the center stand.
Regardless of the configuration and position of the engine casing, this exhaust fits into the vehicle without any harmful contact points that would require the user to modify the frame of their Vespa.
The expansion chamber has been divided to further increase the range of use, achieving a performance gain of over 1 HP at higher rotational speeds, when the engine normally loses power once the maximum power range is exceeded.
The exhaust is made of special steel sheet (0.8 mm thickness) with robotized T.I.G. and M.I.G. welds, as well as manual oxyacetylene welds. It is transparently painted.
The manifold, designed for the Malossi MHR thermal group, consists of a flange with ears for the attachment of support springs, obtained through high-precision laser cutting, and a connection with calibrated inclination joined to the flange through welding.
It is no longer necessary to drill the cylinder fins to connect the springs.
The nozzle has a calibrated passage section to obtain the maximum available back pressure.
The silencer is made of anodized Nitro blue aluminum with the terminal tube embedded in the end cap for a more appealing design.
The connection to the exhaust is made through a folded bracket laser-cut with high precision, connected to an anchor ring on the engine arm.
The vibrations generated by the engine are dampened by two silent blocks placed between the bracket and the exhaust, ensuring greater durability.
Please note that modifications to the engine casing are necessary for installation.
