The Malossi digital DIGITRONIC MHR TEAM electronic control unit with trimmer is a high-tech product designed for competitions.
This control unit is equipped with a microprocessor based on uP STM8 - 8 Bit with a computing capacity exceeding 20 MIPS, ensuring a much higher spark accuracy compared to the previous version.
The control unit features a non-remappable variable advance system, based on an STM8 microprocessor that offers reduced calculation times, improved advance precision and stability.
The hardware architecture has been improved to ensure even greater immunity to disturbances.
The wiring is made with a temperature class of 105°C.
The control unit is equipped with an advance table vector composed of 24 linear interpolation breakpoints.
The high-voltage coil offers high performance and a constant discharge voltage of 30,000 volts up to 20,000 RPM.
The rotor-stator assembly is characterized by a small-sized internal rotor (Ø 58 mm) and lightweight, ensuring high performance thanks to permanent magnets.
It is important to note that with this type of ignition, the vehicle's electrical system is excluded.
