The Malossi DIGITRONIC digital electronic control unit with variable advance is a high-tech product designed for road and competition scooters. Thanks to the constant development of electronics in the automotive sector, Malossi has created a complete line of electronic control units that encapsulate maximum performance and advanced technologies.

Each control unit model has been specifically designed for the scooter on which it will be installed, through countless tests on static benches, roller benches, and race circuits. This has allowed for the definition of an optimal ignition mapping, both fixed and variable, in order to achieve maximum performance from the vehicle.

Malossi electronic control units are designed to guarantee easy and fast installation, as they are interchangeable with stock control units. Compact and ergonomic, they connect perfectly to the original connectors.

Furthermore, Malossi control units allow for the removal of the rev limiter present in stock control units, allowing for the full exploitation of the engine's power and torque even at higher speeds, up to 20,000 RPM.

Malossi control units are characterized by a capacitive discharge, which limits the emission of disturbances during voltage discharge to the maximum extent. Additionally, they provide a nearly perfect voltage peak on the spark plug, with values ranging from 35,000 to 50,000 volts depending on the engine speed. They also offer extremely high and constant discharge voltages and currents, which vary based on the engine's RPM.
