The Malossi TC UNIT electronic control unit represents the pinnacle of innovation in the field of control units for road and competition scooters. Each control unit model has been specifically designed for the type of scooter on which it will be installed, after extensive testing on static and dynamic benches and on race circuits. Thanks to this, an optimal ignition mapping has been defined to achieve maximum performance from the vehicle.

The simplicity of installation is another strength of Malossi control units, designed to be interchangeable with stock control units. Compact and ergonomic, they connect perfectly to the original connectors, facilitating installation without the need for modifications or adaptations.

An important feature of Malossi control units is the ability to remove the rev limiter present on stock control units, allowing full exploitation of the engine's power and torque even at higher speeds, up to 20,000 rpm.

In addition, Malossi control units are designed with capacitive discharge technology, which minimizes the emission of disturbances during voltage discharge. Thanks to this, they deliver a practically perfect voltage peak to the ignition spark plug (between 35,000 and 50,000 volts, depending on the engine speed) and ensure high and constant discharge voltages and currents, regardless of the engine speed.
