The Malossi POWER UP CLUTCH base plate is made of hardened steel, characterized by high toughness, making it optimal for components subjected to highly dynamic stresses with a tensile strength of 1000 MPa.
The surface is hardened (LCN) to 300HB with a depth of 10-25 µm.
The main spring seats are machined with a displacement relative to the clutch bell to ensure inherent torque, eliminating any play.
The auxiliary spring seats are machined in alignment with the clutch bell.
The tight tolerances between the spring plate tabs and the clutch bell eliminate clutch noise and increase durability.
The bronze bushing has an induced mating surface, hardened to a depth of 1.5 mm with a hardness of 60HRC, improving overall durability.
This product is compatible with the original clutch bell and the Malossi POWER UP CLUTCH system.
