The Malossi BRAKE PADS MHR brake pads are characterized by a friction material made of asbestos-free organic fibers. This compound has been specially designed for competitive use, ensuring a minimal reduction in fading effect.
The BRAKE PADS MHR quickly reach their maximum performance, maintaining excellent performance consistency and braking modulability throughout the race. The pad compound contains elements that prevent the burning of the friction material during intense stress, such as those that occur during competition.
Malossi brake pads are homologated according to ECE R90 standards and can be used on road vehicles throughout Europe and in many countries around the world. To obtain this certification, the pads undergo rigorous road tests that assess the efficiency and resistance of the pad at different speeds and braking conditions.
In addition, laboratory tests are carried out to test the compression and cutting resistance of the material. The E/ECE/324-E/ECE/TRANS/505 Regulation N. 90 certification was obtained thanks to the collaboration with Dekra, an authority in the certification sector.
The vehicle tests were carried out at the Balocco test track complex and at the Dekra Test Center in Cinisello Balsamo, far exceeding ECE R90 regulations. The entire range of Malossi pads is designed and manufactured in Italy.
