Malossi WHOOP DISC Brake Disc D 220 thickness 4 mm

The Malossi WHOOP DISC brake disc is designed to guarantee excellent performance. With an outer diameter of 220 mm and a thickness of 4 mm, this disc is lightweight, stainless, non-deformable, and stress-resistant. It has been specially designed to withstand prolonged use in any weather condition and type of terrain. The WHOOP DISC has undergone numerous tests during competitions and on difficult terrains to allow Malossi technicians to develop a series of brake discs suitable for the most common vehicles.

When paired with Malossi BRAKE PADS, the WHOOP DISC ensures progressive and safe braking, even after hours of use. The disc is made of stainless steel, laser processed, hardened, and rectified. The profile has been defined using CAD to ensure a completely smooth friction surface, in order to discharge dust, evacuate water and mud during braking. Furthermore, the heat dissipation surface is doubled, allowing for a low operating temperature.
