Malossi WHOOP DISC Brake Disc D 190 and thickness 3.5 mm

The Malossi WHOOP DISC brake disc is designed to offer exceptional performance. With an outer diameter of 190 mm and a thickness of 3.5 mm, this brake disc is lightweight, stainless, deformable, and stress-resistant. It has been specially designed to withstand prolonged use in any weather conditions and on any type of terrain.

The WHOOP DISC has undergone numerous tests during competitions and on particularly difficult routes, in order to allow Malossi technicians to develop a series of brake discs suitable for the most common vehicles. When paired with Malossi BRAKE PADS, the WHOOP DISC ensures progressive and safe braking until the vehicle comes to a complete stop, even after hours of intensive use.

Made of stainless steel, the brake disc has undergone laser processing, tempering, and grinding. The disc's profile has been precisely defined using CAD to ensure full contact with the friction surface, allowing for the discharge of dust, water, and mud during braking. Additionally, the heat dissipation surface has been doubled, ensuring a low and stable operating temperature.
