Malossi WHOOP D 250 Oversized Brake Disc with Original Fork Caliper Support

The Malossi WHOOP DISC brake kit is a technologically advanced product, ideal for those who want to keep the original fork.

This kit consists of a caliper support bracket and a brake disc with an increased outer diameter of 250 mm and a thickness of 3 mm. Thanks to the bracket included in the kit, it is possible to mount the enlarged WHOOP DISC brake disc even on original forks, ensuring powerful braking.

The WHOOP DISC brake disc has been designed to be lightweight, stainless, deformation-resistant, and stress-resistant. It has been designed to withstand prolonged use in any weather condition and type of terrain. The WHOOP DISC have undergone numerous tests during competitions and on difficult routes, in order to allow Malossi technicians to develop a series of brake discs suitable for the most common vehicles.

Combined with Malossi BRAKE PADS, WHOOP DISC ensures progressive and safe braking until the vehicle comes to a complete stop, even after hours of use. The disc is made of stainless steel, laser processed, hardened, and ground. The disc profile has been defined using CAD to ensure a completely smooth friction surface, capable of discharging dust, evacuating water and mud during braking. Furthermore, the heat dissipation surface is doubled, thus keeping the operating temperature of the brake disc low.
