The Malossi WHOOP DISC brake disc is designed to ensure excellent performance and safety during braking. With an outer diameter of 190 mm and a thickness of 3.5 mm, this disc is extremely lightweight, stainless, and warp-resistant. It has been specially designed to withstand prolonged use in any weather condition and type of terrain.
The WHOOP DISC has undergone numerous tests both in competitions and on particularly rugged paths, in order to allow Malossi technicians to develop a range of brake discs suitable for the most common vehicles. When paired with the Malossi BRAKE PADS range, the WHOOP DISC offers progressive and safe braking, ensuring effective stopping even after hours of use.
This brake disc is made of stainless steel, with laser processing, heat-treated, and ground. Its profile, defined in CAD, has been calculated to completely skim the surface of the friction material, allowing for the discharge of dust, water, and mud during braking. Furthermore, the heat dissipation surface has been doubled, ensuring a low operating temperature.
