Malossi WHOOP DISC Brake Disc D 270 thickness 5 mm

The Malossi WHOOP DISC brake disc is designed to guarantee optimal performance. With an outer diameter of 270 mm and a thickness of 5 mm, this disc is lightweight, stainless, and non-deformable. It has been specially designed to withstand prolonged use in any weather condition and type of terrain.

The WHOOP DISC has undergone numerous tests both during competitions and on particularly difficult routes, in order to allow Malossi technicians to develop a series of brake discs suitable for the most common vehicles. When combined with the range of Malossi BRAKE PADS, the WHOOP DISC ensures a progressive and safe braking until the vehicle comes to a complete stop, even after hours of use.

The disc is made of stainless steel, with laser processing, hardened and rectified. Its profile, defined in CAD, has been calculated to fully adhere to the surface of the friction material, allowing the discharge of dust, water, and mud during braking. Furthermore, the heat dissipation surface is doubled, ensuring a low and constant operating temperature.
