The Malossi WHOOP DISC brake disc is designed to guarantee excellent performance. With an outer diameter of 200 mm and a thickness of 4 mm, this disc is lightweight, stainless, and unyielding. It has been specially designed to withstand prolonged use in any weather conditions and type of terrain.
The WHOOP DISC has undergone numerous tests both in competitions and on particularly challenging routes, in order to allow Malossi technicians to develop a series of brake discs suitable for the most common vehicles. When paired with Malossi BRAKE PADS, the WHOOP DISC ensures progressive and safe braking, even after hours of use.
Made of stainless steel, the disc has been laser-cut, heat-treated, and ground to ensure maximum precision. The disc profile has been defined using CAD in order to completely shave the surface of the friction material, allowing for the removal of dust, water, and mud during braking.
The heat dissipation surface has been doubled, ensuring low operating temperatures and increased durability over time.
