The Malossi WHOOP DISC brake discs are designed to ensure excellent performance on any type of terrain and in any weather conditions. With an outer diameter of 267 mm and a thickness of 3.5 mm, these discs are lightweight, stainless, and unyielding.
The WHOOP DISC brake discs have undergone numerous tests during competitions and on challenging terrains, in order to allow Malossi technicians to develop a range of brake discs suitable for the most common vehicles. When paired with Malossi BRAKE PADS, these discs offer progressive and secure braking, even after hours of intensive use.
Made of stainless steel, the WHOOP DISC brake discs are laser-cut, heat-treated, and machined to ensure an optimal friction surface. The CAD-defined profile has been calculated to completely shave the surface of the friction material, allowing for the discharge of dust, water, and mud during braking.
In addition, the heat dissipation surface of the WHOOP DISC brake discs is doubled, ensuring a low operating temperature and increased durability over time. These brake discs are designed for prolonged use and offer reliable performance in every situation.
