The Malossi WHOOP DISC brake disc is designed to offer exceptional performance. With an outer diameter of 267 mm and a thickness of 3.5 mm, this disc is extremely lightweight, stainless, and warp-resistant. It has been specially designed to withstand prolonged use in any weather condition and type of terrain.
The WHOOP DISC has undergone rigorous testing both during competitions and on particularly challenging routes, in order to allow Malossi technicians to develop a range of brake discs suitable for the most popular vehicles. When paired with the Malossi BRAKE PADS range, the WHOOP DISC ensures progressive and safe braking, even after hours of intensive use.
The disc is made of stainless steel, with laser processing, hardened and ground. The disc profile has been defined using CAD, in order to completely shave the surface of the friction material, discharge dust, evacuate water and mud during braking. In addition, the heat dissipation surface has been doubled, ensuring a low and constant operating temperature.
