The Malossi WHOOP DISC brake disc is designed to offer excellent performance. With an outer diameter of 267 mm and a thickness of 4.5 mm, this disc is lightweight, stainless, deformation-resistant, and stress-resistant. It has been specially designed to withstand prolonged use in any weather condition and type of terrain.
The WHOOP DISC has undergone numerous tests both during competitions and on particularly challenging routes, in order to allow Malossi technicians to develop a series of brake discs suitable for the most common vehicles. When paired with the Malossi BRAKE PADS range, the WHOOP DISC guarantees progressive and safe braking, even after hours of intensive use.
This brake disc is made of stainless steel, with laser processing, hardened and rectified. Its profile has been defined using CAD to ensure full contact with the friction surface, allowing for the discharge of dust, water, and mud during braking. Furthermore, the heat dissipation surface has been doubled, allowing for low operating temperatures.
