The Malossi WHOOP DISC brake disc is designed to offer exceptional performance. With an outer diameter of 245 mm and a thickness of 4.5 mm, this disc is extremely lightweight, stainless, and deformation-resistant. It has been specially designed to withstand prolonged use in any weather condition and type of terrain.
The WHOOP DISC has undergone numerous tests during competitions and on challenging tracks, in order to allow Malossi technicians to develop a series of brake discs suitable for the most common vehicles. When paired with Malossi BRAKE PADS, the WHOOP DISC ensures progressive and safe braking, even after hours of intensive use.
Made of stainless steel, the disc is laser-cut, heat-treated, and ground. Its profile, calculated using CAD, is designed to ensure full contact with the friction surface, allowing for the discharge of dust, water, and mud during braking. Furthermore, the heat dissipation surface is doubled, keeping the operating temperature low and ensuring consistent performance.
