Malossi WHOOP DISC Brake Disc D 260 thickness 4 mm

The Malossi WHOOP DISC brake disc is designed to guarantee high performance. With an outer diameter of 260 mm and a thickness of 4 mm, this brake disc is lightweight, stainless, and unyielding. It has been specially designed to withstand the most extreme weather conditions and adapt to any type of terrain.

The WHOOP DISC has undergone numerous tests both in competitions and on challenging routes, in order to allow Malossi technicians to develop a series of brake discs suitable for the most common vehicles. When paired with Malossi BRAKE PADS, the WHOOP DISC ensures a progressive and safe braking until the vehicle comes to a complete stop, even after hours of intensive use.

The disc is made of stainless steel, with laser processing, hardened and rectified. The disc profile has been defined using CAD to ensure full contact with the friction surface, allowing for the discharge of dust, water, and mud during braking. Furthermore, the heat dissipation surface has been doubled, allowing for the maintenance of a low operating temperature for the brake disc.
