The lambda emulator Malossi O2 controller is an innovative technological device designed to manage carburetion. Thanks to this tool, it is possible to precisely control the air/fuel ratio in the combustion chamber, in the area where the lambda sensor monitors the mixture's composition.

The main research and development objective of Malossi is to offer customized calibration to optimize the performance and fuel consumption of each vehicle. The combined use of the O2 controller and the Force Master ECU allows for complete carburetion control. This synergy between the two devices enables the management, control, and optimization of the entire processing plan proposed by Malossi, without limitations.

The new version of the lambda emulator presents a significant evolution compared to previous engine control systems. The emulation of the lambda sensor signals now perfectly corresponds to the original sensor, guaranteeing precise and reliable operation. Furthermore, the aesthetic design has been refined and enriched with an essential optical interface that emulates the device's actual functioning.

The lambda emulator is equipped with three LEDs that provide information about the carburetion status. The Power LED indicates the correct device power supply, while the remaining two LEDs show the fuel mixture's composition. Upon vehicle ignition, the Power LED and the Rich LED light up, indicating a rich carburetion. After a lambda sensor warming-up period, if in the closed-loop control zone, the Rich and Lean LEDs light up alternately. This behavior highlights the device's correct functioning through continuous air/fuel ratio calibration.
