The Ø 21 collector kit for Malossi PHBG fuel system for Piaggio 50cc mopeds is a high-quality and high-performance product. This kit includes a disassemblable intake manifold 2018473 designed for housing a PHBG 21 carburetor.
The flange, made of 11S aluminum alloy, offers high mechanical characteristics and is specifically designed for coupling with Malossi crankcases. Thanks to its precise design, it guarantees a perfect coupling and maximum sealing.
The rubber intake sleeve is resistant to high temperatures, hydrocarbons, and deformations. It is calibrated to ensure optimal support for the carburetor and to dampen the vibrations produced, thus avoiding the risk of charge emulsions inside the carburetor float bowl. These emulsions could alter the air-fuel stoichiometric ratio and cause engine damage.
The coupling of the components is made with high precision and maximum sealing, thanks to the specially designed lip.
