The Malossi intake manifold Ø 32x44 is an essential component for optimizing the performance of your engine. Designed for PHF and PHBE 32 B carburetors, it is compatible with Kawasaki 900-1000 models (1st and 4th cylinder).

The intake manifold acts as an access corridor for the air-fuel mixture in the engine, through the reed valve. Its precise design minimizes friction losses, allowing the mixture to flow smoothly from the combustion chamber to the air filter. This results in improved volumetric efficiency, which is the ratio between the amount of mixture introduced into the combustion chamber and the engine displacement.

In addition, the intake manifold serves as a lung for storing fresh charge. When the reed valve closes, the column of mixture compresses against the reeds, ensuring proper engine fueling. Thanks to the tuned manifold, maximum performance is achieved within a specific range of engine speeds.
