The Malossi gear wheels are an ideal kit for the Vespa transmission. Made with special case-hardening steel, these wheels have been produced using CNC gear cutting machines and subsequently ground to ensure a perfect contact surface.
A unique feature of these wheels is the presence of small pockets in the contact surfaces, which allow for the transport of oil and ensure optimal lubrication between the sliding walls.
The number of teeth has been precisely calculated to offer an optimized transmission ratio. In addition, lightening holes have been drilled in all the wheels, except in the contact area between the wheel and the cross, to avoid breaking points.
This kit offers the possibility of having a variable transmission ratio, different from the original one, according to individual needs.
