The Malossi multiple tree kit with parastrappi has been developed based on Malossi's design and completely redesigned compared to the original.
The gears have been moved in the direction of the rotation axis to allow for a consistent thickness of spring support.
The newly designed springs are contained by a flange screwed onto the axis.
This kit can be used with Malossi gears and/or with the original ones.
It is made of special cementation steel, ground.
The shape of the gear differs from the original in the parastrappi area.
The gears have been moved in the axial direction and better centered compared to the driven gears, thus obtaining a double advantage.
The parastrappi springs have a square section for better performance in less space and are shot-peened to ensure maximum fatigue resistance.
The transmission ratio has been changed compared to the original, shortening the 4th gear.
The closing flange of the springs is obtained with laser cutting and features a reinforcement on the clutch wheel to prevent axial movements in case of transmission system failure.
The gears have a configuration of Z 12-13-17-20.
