The Malossi Sport multiple gear set has been specially designed for Vespa scooters, offering a more suitable and high-performing gear ratio.

Available in two versions, Sport and Racing, it can be used on models from the Special 50 to the ET3 125.

Thanks to two different gear ratios for second, third, and fourth gears, this gear set is suitable for both torque-oriented engines and engines prepared for the track.

Its installation does not require modifications to the original housing and can be easily replaced.

Furthermore, thanks to the accurate research of tooth dimensions, it works in perfect synergy with the other gears, maintaining the same center distance.

This high-quality technical solution guarantees reliability and a significant reduction in noise during gear shifting.

The Malossi multiple gear set for Vespa scooters is made with materials that exceed the strictest standards and undergoes rigorous quality control tests.

Its final processing is carried out on CNC machines and then undergoes a thermochemical cementation treatment at 900°C to give it the necessary hardness and resistance.

The dimensions and quality of the finished gear are verified using Zeiss three-dimensional control machines.
