The Malossi crankshaft is an essential component for Piaggio mopeds. This high-quality crankshaft is made with first-class materials, such as 18 Ni Cr Mo5.
Thanks to the machining on high-precision machine tools and the five heat treatments, this crankshaft offers high performance and reliability. Its surface finish is of high quality, ensuring greater reliability.
In addition, the Malossi crankshaft is equipped with a forged connecting rod in 18 Ni Cr Mo5, coupled with a precision roller bearing for high speeds. Its rigidity is improved thanks to the H-section, which offers the best possible weight-to-strength ratio.
With dynamic balancing up to 16,000 rpm, this crankshaft ensures optimal performance for your Piaggio moped.
