The Malossi MHR TEAM crankshaft is a high-quality product designed to improve the performance of the internal combustion engine. Thanks to its first-class design and construction, this crankshaft offers high efficiency and reliability.

Compared to the previous version, the new crankshaft has several improvements. The inertial mass has increased by 10%, ensuring greater stability and responsiveness of the engine. The connecting rod has been reinforced to withstand higher loads, ensuring greater durability over time.

In addition, the transmission side of the crankshaft has a 10% increased cross-sectional area, resulting in greater overall strength. The transmission side oil seal has been increased from a diameter of 19 mm to 20 mm, improving the crankshaft's resistance.

The material used for the half-shafts is 18 Ni Cr Mo5, guaranteeing excellent strength and durability. The half-shafts and rotating masses are monolithic and forged, while all machining is carried out on highly precise machine tools.

To ensure maximum reliability, all crankshaft components undergo five heat treatments. Furthermore, the high surface finish further improves the product's reliability.

Finally, the crankshaft has undergone dynamic balancing up to 16,000 rpm, ensuring smooth and vibration-free operation. The connecting rod, forged in 18 Ni Cr Mo5 bronze, is coupled to the crankshaft with a precision roller bearing, ideal for high speeds.
