Malossi RHQ Crankshaft 10 mm Pin 39 mm Stroke

The Malossi RHQ crankshaft is an essential component for the internal combustion engine. With a 10mm diameter piston pin and a stroke of 39mm, this crankshaft guarantees high-level performance.

The quality of the crankshaft is fundamental to obtain a reliable and high-performance engine. Malossi produces first-class crankshafts, using high-quality materials such as 18 Ni Cr Mo5 for the half-shafts and forged monolithic rotating masses.

The machining is carried out on highly precise machine tools and all components undergo five heat treatments. The surface finish is particularly well-cared for to ensure greater reliability.

The crankshaft is also subjected to dynamic balancing up to 16,000 rpm. The connecting rod, forged in 18 Ni Cr Mo5 bronze, is coupled to the crankshaft through a precision roller bearing, ideal for high speeds.
