Malossi MHR RHQ Crankshaft 12 Pin 85 Connecting Rod 39.2 Stroke Minarelli Horizontal

The Malossi RHQ MHR crankshaft is an essential component for the internal combustion engine. Its quality directly affects the performance and reliability of the engine.

Malossi produces high-quality crankshafts, using materials such as 18 Ni Cr Mo5 for the half-shafts and forged monolithic rotating masses.

Thanks to precision machining on machine tools, each component undergoes five heat treatments. The surface finish is particularly well-cared for to ensure greater reliability.

The crankshaft is also subjected to dynamic balancing up to 16,000 rpm.

The connecting rod, forged in 18 Ni Cr Mo5 copper-plated, is coupled to the crankshaft through a precision roller bearing, ideal for high speeds.
