Malossi MHR RHQ Full Circle Crankshaft 12mm Pin 39mm Stroke Minarelli vertical

The Malossi RHQ crankshaft has a center distance of 80 mm, a piston pin with a diameter of 12 mm, and a stroke of 39.2 mm.

This component is the heart of the internal combustion engine and determines the overall performance of the engine. To ensure high performance and reliability, Malossi produces top-class crankshafts.

The crankshaft halves are made of 18 Ni Cr Mo5 material and the rotating masses are monolithic and forged. All components undergo five heat treatments and are processed on highly precise machine tools. The surface finish is of high quality to improve reliability.

The crankshaft is also subjected to dynamic balancing up to 16,000 rpm. The connecting rod is forged in 18 Ni Cr Mo5 copper-plated and coupled to the crankshaft through a precision roller bearing to ensure high speeds.
