The machining of this crankshaft is carried out on highly precise machine tools, ensuring a perfect surface finish and improving the overall reliability of the engine.
To ensure optimal operation, all crankshaft components undergo five heat treatments. Additionally, the crankshaft undergoes dynamic balancing up to 16,000 rpm, ensuring greater stability and reducing vibrations.
The connecting rod of this crankshaft is forged in 18 Ni Cr Mo5 and coupled to the shaft through a precision roller bearing suitable for high speeds.
