Malossi MP-ONE Engine Casing with Points Ignition

The Malossi MP-ONE crankcase is a high-quality technical product. The crankcases are made of granulated die-cast silicon-aluminum alloy, ensuring strength and durability. The complete Malossi project with reed valve intake, controlled by a 4-petal valve, ensures excellent power delivery.

This product is available in two versions: electronic ignition and points ignition. It is compatible with any cylinder kit, exhaust system, crankshaft, and fuel system. The Malossi reed valve crankcases are perfectly interchangeable with the original ones and are equipped with a special intake manifold for the original carburetor or a SHA 13/13 carburetor.

The super compact engine has been designed to fit Piaggio frames, ensuring easy installation and excellent results without modifying the original engine. The 4-petal reed valve made of composite fibers ensures smooth and progressive intake, optimizing the torque curve and allowing maximum power delivery. The gas flow has been completely revised to ensure a greater charge quantity with fewer losses from the valve to the cylinder.

The assembly of the crankcases is made easier thanks to the highly precise centering obtained through calibrated bushings and mechanically advanced housings. The structure has been strengthened with targeted thickening in the most stressed areas to guarantee significant torque and power values.
