This racing component has been created with the aim of being the most innovative ever in the scooter industry.
Malossi has created the RC-ONE version, even more extreme, dedicated to lovers of large displacements.
Thanks to the new MHR Flanged Mount cylinders, the displacement can reach 94 cubic centimeters and the power exceeds 30 horsepower without problems of boring or mechanical resistance of the engine block.
The RC-ONE crankcase is designed to exclusively use cylinders with Malossi flanged attachment and includes a pump crankcase of suitable dimensions for the installation of long stroke crankshafts without further interventions.
It is compatible with both drum and disc brakes and can be mounted as a replacement for the original engine, both in short and long wheelbase, even on 12/13-inch wheels.
The shock absorber attachment has been designed to accommodate both solutions.
It is possible to mount the new Malossi MHR ร 52 Flanged Mount cylinders with red head and flanged attachment, and with a pump crankcase of suitable dimensions for the installation of Malossi RHQ 44 stroke 90 connecting rod crankshafts without further interventions.
It is designed for the housing of the internal rotor ignition Malossi MHR and MHR TEAM.
It uses an electric cooling pump to eliminate the power absorption of the traditional mechanical water pump and does not require the use of an automatic mixer.
It is prepared for the installation of the vacuum fuel pump.
The new large-sized reed valve has been studied with sophisticated 3D fluid dynamics simulation programs.
It is compatible with all currently available Malossi products.
