The complete Malossi MHR C-ONE engine crankcase is an innovative product designed for Piaggio engines found in all scooters. This engine crankcase offers numerous advantages and unique features.

It is compatible with both the drum brake solution and the disc brake solution, ensuring great mounting versatility. It can be installed as a replacement for both the original short-stroke and long-stroke engines, thanks to the position of the shock absorber attachment designed to accommodate both solutions. It is suitable for cylinders with through studs as well as those with flange fastening.

In addition, it uses an electric cooling pump, eliminating the power consumption of the traditional mechanical water pump. The automatic mixer has been eliminated to facilitate the installation of the vacuum fuel pump. The large-sized reed valve has been designed using sophisticated 3D fluid dynamics simulation programs.

This engine crankcase is capable of mounting all currently available Malossi products. Malossi has revolutionized the world of competition scooters with the C-ONE crankcase, which offers a technically advanced structure and is prepared for the installation of the latest generation racing components.

Until now, racing scooters could only be equipped with original engine crankcases designed for limited power. With the C-ONE engine crankcase, Malossi offers an innovative and high-quality component. This product has been developed at Malossi's research, development, and production center for special engine and scooter parts in Calderara di Reno.

Thanks to the elimination of the automatic mixer and the traditional mechanical water pump, the C-ONE crankcase minimizes leaks. It is also prepared for the installation of a rear disc or drum braking system and offers the possibility of adopting a vacuum fuel pump. The seat intended to accommodate the reed valve has been designed using three-dimensional fluid dynamics simulation software, ensuring ideal dimensions and measurements.

The C-ONE engine crankcase also offers the possibility of mounting completely new cylinders thanks to the added drilling for the new TeamFactory thermal units, with flange fastening and short studs. With the C-ONE engine crankcase, it is possible to build a new engine and customize your own racing scooter, choosing the most prestigious parts from the Malossi catalog. Additionally, Malossi provides all the necessary technical assistance to ensure a perfect installation and use of the product.
