Complete reinforced Malossi engine crankcase kit

This Malossi crankcase kit is an ideal product to improve the performance of your motorcycle engine. This pair of crankcases is reinforced and equipped with integrated frame fixing, ensuring greater stability. The intake is through a high-flow valve, ensuring optimal airflow.

The new design of these crankcases is extremely elegant and large, but at the same time compact. The structure is lightweight but solid, thanks to the pressure casting in a special alloy of high mechanical strength aluminum. The machining is carried out on high-precision CNC machines, ensuring superior quality.

Thanks to this Malossi project, the crankcases are universal and perfectly interchangeable with the original ones, offering two possibilities for customization. You can get an engine with excellent sports performance using the Peugeot parts, or you can opt for an authentic special Malossi engine by installing Malossi parts, such as the crankshaft, the thermal group, the fuel system, and the exhaust.

The crankcases are equipped with 4-lamellae carbon fiber valves, which guarantee better combustion and greater power. In addition, the kit includes the manifold for the PHBG 17-21 carburetor, the support for the variator cover, a gasket set, and all the necessary fixing screws for assembly.
