The Malossi MAXI CLUTCH BELL clutch bell is an essential component. With an internal diameter of 135 mm, this bell offers exceptional performance. Weighing only 947 grams, it is lightweight yet durable.
Made of DC04 mild steel, the bell is obtained through cold stamping, ensuring greater durability over time. The central hub is made of carbon steel, derived from a bar and welded using Tig welding. This production process ensures greater strength and reliability.
To reduce vibrations, the bell is equipped with an anti-vibration plate, which is stamped and fixed using 3 welding points placed 120° apart from each other. This fastening system guarantees greater stability and reduces wear.
Each bell undergoes 100% balancing during production, ensuring smooth and vibration-free operation. Additionally, the bell undergoes a soft nitriding heat treatment, increasing its resistance to wear and abrasion.
